Returns:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. All returned items are inspected to confirm there is no damage, use, modification, paint, or installation.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange: Any item that is used, damaged, modified, painted, or installed, and custom products, including but not limited to: steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, DRL modules, CarPlay products, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hoods, rear trunks, engine covers, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat-back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, etc. (Custom items are typically identified by no quantity counter on the product page.)
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email bmplugs@gmail.com with your order information. In your message, include your order number, full name, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide an RMA number along with detailed return instructions.
Please note that any item sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted. If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, modified, or not in its original condition, no refund, store credit, or compensation will be issued.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at bmplugs@gmail.com
If the order may be processed or shipped. If already processed/shipped, you must receive the item and then request a return. The customer pays return shipping. Unshipped, in-stock orders canceled after 1 hour may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund. Custom-Made Items: Cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damages & Defects
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right. Installation Costs: We are not responsible for any installation fees charged by third parties. Vehicle/Personal Damage: BM Plugs is not responsible for vehicle damage or personal injury during installation. Professional installation is recommended.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BM Plugs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped, and it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery. BM Plugs cannot issue refunds, replacements, or compensation for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms successful delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to start a return, and once accepted, place a new order. If you received the wrong item, contact us ASAP with photos/video so we can assist. Wrong Fitment (Buyer Error): Exchanges may not be accepted if we do not stock the requested alternative.
Custom Products: Exchange requests for custom items (e.g., exhaust tips, steering wheel replacements) are not eligible.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after reviewing your return request and let you know if it’s approved. If approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Eligibility Window: Refunds are eligible up to 30 days after delivery. Custom Orders: Custom-made orders can be canceled within 1 hour for a full refund. After the first hour, no refunds are available for custom items.
