Shipping policy

At BM Plugs, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery for all customers. Domestic orders arriving within 5–7 business days and express shipping will arrive in 1-5 days. For international orders shipping will take 8–21 business days and express shipping will arrive in 2-8 business days.

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and tracking updates; all displayed quantities on product pages are accurate. 

Custom and made-to-order items—including steering wheels, body panels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust tips, select spoilers, and mirror caps—require approximately 1–2 weeks for processing and an additional 1–3 weeks for shipping.

Out-of-stock items typically require 2–3 weeks of processing before standard shipping timelines apply. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
